  The md-textil Trauma IFAK outer sleeve was specially developed for the md-textil Trauma IFAK insert and thus offers the possibility of conveniently, optimally organizing and always accessing all critical IFAK components.
  
  The Trauma IFAK outer sleeve is made of light, yet robust CORDURA 500 den and can be easily attached to classic M.O.L.L.E. loops thanks to the PALS+ system .
  
  Hook-and-loop fastener on the inside offers a secure hold and minimizes annoying slipping in combination with the filled Trauma IFAK insert. The elastic band can be individually adjusted to the content. On the top and front, Lasercut M.O.L.L.E. loops provide modular expansion options and a 10 x 5 cm loop surface allows ID and Medic patches to be easily applied.
