  LOWA introduces the latest generation of its proven duty boot with the ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID Ws in Coyote OP, specifically designed to meet the needs of women. This tactical boot combines high-quality materials with modern technology, offering the perfect blend of stability, comfort, and functionality.

  Sole structure

  Outsole

  The specially designed LOWA X-TRAC MILITARY sole ensures a secure grip on various surfaces. Thanks to its innovative rubber compound, it provides excellent slip resistance - whether on wet asphalt, loose gravel, or oily surfaces. This makes the boot ideal for law enforcement operations and demanding outdoor missions.

  Midsole

  The lightweight polyurethane foam midsole reliably absorbs every step. Millions of tiny air bubbles distribute pressure, absorb shocks, and ensure a pleasant rebound effect. This relieves joint stress, even during long operations or challenging tours. Additionally, the proven LOWA-MONOWRAP frame stabilizes the foot and supports its natural rolling motion.

  Insole

  LOWA incorporates a special insole made from a durable polyurethane-polyamide combination. This ensures long-lasting shape stability, high abrasion resistance, and effective moisture regulation. The result: a comfortable foot climate, even during intense use.

  Membrane

  Thanks to the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear membrane, feet stay dry in all weather conditions. The membrane keeps moisture out while allowing sweat to escape - ideal for operations in heat or rain.

  Lacing

  The two-zone lacing system allows for separate adjustments of the forefoot and shaft areas, ensuring an optimal fit. Closed lace hooks prevent snagging on equipment or clothing. Additionally, integrated lace garages securely store excess laces - reducing trip hazards. Enlarged pull loops at the back make putting on the boots easier, even with gloves.

  Customization

  The boot is compatible with orthopedic insoles such as the ErgoPad work:x and ErgoPad work:h+ by BAUERFEIND. This allows for individual adaptation to the foot while also meeting the requirements of a professional work shoe according to DIN EN ISO 20347:2012.

  Brauchte eine ½ Nummer (8 statt 7,5 UK) größer als normal. Schuhe sind sehr wertig, die oft monierte Naht am Knickbereich des Vorderfußes wurde versetzt. Die Sohle des MK2 ist – im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger – rutschresistent und griffig. Die vierte Führungslasche des Schnürsenkels fixiert die Schnürung, so dass der Vorfuß z.B. fester als der Knöchelbereich geschnürt werden kann – toll! Nach 1,5 Wochen ist es noch zu früh für eine abschließende Bewertung, aber bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden. En montrer plus Montrer moins
