  The OTS Shorts 8.5″ from Helikon-Tex deliver maximum mobility, ventilation, and functionality for hot-weather operations. Whether you're heading into the backcountry, navigating rugged trails, or conducting tactical training, these shorts combine classic cargo utility with modern fabric technology to keep you cool, dry, and mission-ready.

  Engineered with Lightweight VersaStretch Lite Fabric

  Made from a durable blend of 93% nylon and 7% elastane at just 120 g/m², these shorts offer a flexible 4-way stretch design that moves with you. The surface has a protective finish that helps repel dirt and moisture, without compromising breathability. Quick-drying and soft, the fabric makes these shorts ideal for long days under the sun or during intense movement.

  10 Pockets for Maximum Field Readiness

  The cargo-inspired design includes ten well-positioned pockets for practical loadout management: two zippered pockets with reliable YKK closures, two hook-and-loop fastened pockets, and additional open and mesh-lined compartments for airflow and easy access. Special belt loop tabs allow you to attach a carabiner or gear clip for additional tools or gloves.

  Ergonomic Cut for Total Comfort

  A partially elastic waistband and wide loops ensure the shorts stay secure, even with added gear. The cut is optimized for freedom of movement without excess bulk, making them perfect for hiking, tactical drills, or summer bushcraft outings.
