  Trekking all-rounder for long distances
  

  Like its first-generation predecessor, the new Nazcat II impresses with its versatility on long stage tours as well as trekking in low mountain ranges or on moderate alpine trails. Especially on long-distance hikes, you carry everything you need on your body. Excess weight is undesirable, especially on the feet. This is where the Nazcat II scores points with its outstanding features without the weight being noticeable.

  Structure

  The moderately high and soft cuff stabilises the foot even in rough terrain and prevents the ankle from twisting. At the same time, this functional construction and the instep area made of textile fabric ensure a comfortable fit and good freedom of movement. The 2-zone lacing with clamp hooks ensures an optimum fit and a snug fit.

  Upper material

  The high-quality and robust Terracare nubuck leather is processed using a blade cut with only a few seams. This makes the upper material dirt-repellent and easy to care for. These features are extremely helpful on hikes.

  Membrane

  To ensure dry feet in the creek, the Nazcat II has a highly breathable and waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, which ensures a pleasant climate at all times.

  Outsole

  The cushioned Vibram Fuoraska sole of the Nazcat II effortlessly masters different and challenging surfaces and prevents slipping. The tread depth of 6.5 mm and a pronounced heel front offer excellent grip and stable support - especially when going downhill.
  
  With the Nazcat II, Hanwag is taking a timeless boot into the next generation, which is ideal for extensive long-distance hikes in the great outdoors over several days or weeks without compromising on comfort and quality. Weighing just 1500 grams per pair, it offers everything a first-class trekking boot needs without being overloaded with unnecessary extras. Less really is more with the Nazcat II.
  
  The Hanwag Nazcat II corresponds to category B/C. This type of boot is suitable for narrow gravel and forest paths, as well as scree and easy via ferratas.
