  Modern Helmet for Law Enforcement

  The Busch PROtective AMP-1 E FC is a ballistic protection helmet, offering high comfort and a wide size range, making it ideally suited for police and LE units. Whether as part of vehicle equipment or personal protective gear, the modularity of the chin strap and padding system leaves nothing to be desired.

  Helmet Shell in ACH Style

  This lightweight Kevlar helmet with a durable outer layer of 2K paint in matte black is compatible with common headsets and active hearing protection while providing generous side coverage. The Kevlar fabric achieves high ballistic protection according to NIJ IIIA+ standards, but Busch PROtective also subjects it to additional tests to ensure maximum protection against projectiles, shrapnel, and impacts.   Fit and Padding

  The police helmet, in a universal size, can be adjusted in width via a headband operated by a neck wheel, ensuring the best fit during operations. Additionally, the hook and loop fastened padding system can be easily personalized to offer optimal comfort over respirators, masks, or active hearing protection. The padding system's base are firm padding elements with soft comfort pads attached. The air channels created between the pads enhance ventilation inside the helmet. The ballistic helmet is securely held on the head by a 4-point chin strap, which can be easily detached or cleaned without tools thanks to metal hooks. These features allow for outfitting entire units with this helmet without size-related comfort issues.

  Modular Rail System

  Thanks to the CMR-1 Rails, useful equipment can be easily attached to the sides of the helmet. These rails are suitable for helmet lamps, beacons, and cameras, while ballistic visors can be quickly and easily clipped on using the Speed Connect System without needing to remove the helmet. Further back, there is a small snap buckle and two matching slots that facilitate the attachment of ballistic chin protection, masks, and additional protective gear. Optional adhesive loop patches can be used to easily attach ballistic upgrade plates like the BAP-1 AK and other accessories.
