  Individual Trauma Management

  The Black Trident Trauma Burrito is one of the most innovative IFAKs on the market today, featuring an intelligent 2-pocket system. The outer shell serves to protect the inner components and doubles as a smart mounting platform! Additionally, additional first aid components such as trauma shears or tourniquets can be attached to the outer shell using anchor points via shock cord.
  
  This version of the Trauma Burrito outer part includes the Kangaroo Drop Mount and is specifically designed for use with plate carriers!
  
  

  The Burrito concept

  The inner sleeve (available HERE) of the Black Trident Trauma Burrito is designed to accommodate medical equipment and can be mission-specifically used with different Trauma Burrito outer shells. The smart design of the inner sleeve ensures that essential medical components are no longer folded but optimally rolled.
  Since the Trauma Burrito is fully customizable, Black Trident has created multiple outer shells that can be attached to various pieces of equipment due to their different mounting options.

  • Variable adjustment of size to content
  • Crease-free accommodation of at least 2 chest seals
  • Space for all necessary first aid products
  • Compartment for shears
  • Compartment for tourniquet
  • Patient lanyard to secure the inner pocket to the patient during transport
  • Equipped with hook and loop patches for attachment to the inner part
  • Suitable for left and right-handed users
  • Hook and loop patch area on the outer shell for patches (blood type, unit, etc.)
  • Made from 500D CORDURA laminate
