Designed as a mid-layer, the 5.11 Stratos ¼ Zip is sleek and comfortable, making it also excellent as a standalone pullover thanks to its sporty design. This fleece shirt provides warmth and breathability, making it a versatile performance shirt suitable for duty, sports, and leisure.
Material for the active lifestyle
Crafted from established Grid-Fleece made of polyester and elastane, it offers optimal flexibility and molds to your body for unrestricted movement. The unique grid-fleece structure inside traps more air compared to traditional fleece, enhancing functionality by facilitating air exchange during activity. To keep you dry and fresh during physical exertion, the material is treated to efficiently wick away sweat and inhibit odors.
Practical design and features
To ensure compatibility with ballistic protective gear, this pullover features raglan sleeves that prevent seams on the shoulders, thus avoiding pressure points caused by backpack straps. Free of pockets and with flat seams, it also safeguards the torso from pressure points under plate carriers. The cuffs are elastic and layer just perfect with other clothing. The collar, complete with a ¼ zip and chin guard, features an inner lining made of brushed tricot fabric for an exceptionally soft and comfortable feel. To make this fleece pullover comfortable to wear directly against your skin, 5.11 has replaced traditional labels with a thermal transfer print. This makes the Stratos ¼ ideal for various setups on cool to cold days.
