  Lightweight Chest Bag for Concealed Carry

  When it comes to carrying essential items for self-defense during outdoor activities without the burden of weight, 5.11 has developed the 5.11 Skyweight Survival Chest Pack as part of its weight-reduced Skyweight collection. Crafted from lightweight 330D ripstop nylon fabric, this bag, including the removable carrying system, weighs in at just 270g. This makes it an excellent addition to your gear for activities like cycling, trekking, bushcraft, or remote trail running.
  

  Main Compartment with Quick Access

  Whether you're left-handed or right-handed, you can choose a side and then, with a pull on the loop, quickly open the zipper wide enough to access the contents fast. The generous loop area inside makes the compartment suitable for attachable holsters and pouches, while the elastic loops are perfect for accessories like knives or magazines for your duty handgun. The bag is designed to accommodate compact pistols and alternatively works perfectly as a small everyday carry (EDC) bag.
  

  Versatile Modularity

  The carrying straps are detachable, allowing you to use the bag on its own or wearing it with a belt as a hip bag. To do this, simply remove the shoulder straps and thread a belt through the passage behind the padded spacer back. Inside the channel, there is hook and loop that further secures the survival bag when combined with the hip belt from Skyweight 24l, Skyweight 36l and RUSH100backpacks. The laser-cut MOLLE on the front gives the shoulder bag the option to be equipped with bear spray or PALS-pouches. There are additional loops for carabiners on the front and webbing loops on the bottom, suitable for items like a tourniquet.
