  This is my favorite gear site. The reasons are simple: stock is available year-round—unlike some French sites that list an impressive number of items but often quote delivery times of over 30 days (which is unacceptable), and it isn\'t just sales periods that cause these availability issues on those French sites.   Die Arc´teryx Alpha Jacket der zweiten Generation ist eine Allround-Jacke, die Schutz vor Stürmen, Regen und Schnee bietet und die die Herausforderungen des täglichen Gebrauchs annimmt. Die technische Konstruktion der Alpha-Jacke wurde überarbeitet und daraus eine leichtere Jacke entwickelt, die mit weniger Stoff und Nähten auskommt, was wiederum die Gesamtatmungsaktivität erhöht.
  
  Das neue GORE–TEX® BD450 3L 40d Nylon Ripstop Gewebe, das 2017 sowohl für die Multicam Version als auch für die einfarbigen Jacken der Alpha Serie verwendet wird, ist das beste winddichte, wasserdichte und atmungsaktive Gewebe, das aktuell zur Verfügung steht. Die Länge der Jacke deckt alle unteren Kleidungsschichten ab; ein etwas längerer hinterer Saum schützt den unteren Rücken.
  
  - GORE–TEX® BD450 3L 40d Nylon Ripstop Gewebe ist besonders langlebig, wasserdicht, winddicht, und atmungsaktiv
  - StowHood™ (Kapuze) nutzt kompakten MN40p-X GORE-TEX® 3L Stoff, was dafür sorgt, dass die Kapuze perfekt in den Kragen passt ohne aufzutragen
