Tactical Radio Backpack
The F3F FAC Track Pack by Eberlestock has been developed as a backpack for communication devices and is now available in its latest version. The FAC Track Pack is designed to optimally operate and comfortably carry a military radio in combination with tactical gear. Without overly specializing the backpack, Eberlestock once again creates a versatile companion for both service and the outdoors.
Spacious Primary Compartment with Dual Access
The backpack functions as a classic front-loader, featuring a generous zipper on the front supported by an overlying compression strap. Additionally, the lid can be opened for easy operation of the radio. For the integration of the radio, this model by Eberlestock utilizes a versatile MOLLE area inside. Thanks to its size, pockets for bulky multiband radios can be attached here. Separately available camera and lens pouches can transform the operational backpack into a tactical camera backpack. On the sides, the main compartment includes open slip pockets for antennas, accessories, or hydration bladders. A zipper at the top serves as a wide pass-through for antennas and cables. For the integration of hydration systems, there are separate pass-throughs for hydration tubes on the right and left.
External Storage Space
The three mounted multipurpose pockets with zippers aid in organizing equipment and provide quickly accessible volume: Two of these pockets are stacked at the back, with the lower one having an internal flat mesh pocket suitable for sensitive small items. The upper one features the classic loop surface for identification and morale patches, while a gap between the two external pockets can be used as a rifle rest. The lid compartment features MOLLE and an additional loop surface for a name tape, allowing the backpack to be easily identified in daily service. Classic MOLLE loops on the sides, bottom, and waist belt provide additional modularity. With the two open water bottle pockets, hydration is ensured, and in combination with the two side compression straps with buckle fasteners equipment like tripods, antennas, or a change barrel can also be easily transported. Lastly, the included rain cover is housed in the flat bottom compartment.
Ergonomic Back System with stiff Plastic Plate
To be optimally usable for different back lengths, the shoulder straps are height-adjustable. For sustained wearing comfort, they are equipped with perforated padding that achieves superior ventilation. A D-ring and a fabric loop on the shoulder straps are provided for routing hydration tubes or hanging the handset of the radio. The integrated Gossamer Frame provides the necessary strength, being a lightweight polymer back plate with stiffening grooves. It gives the backpack its shape, transfers weight to the hip belt, and also has a slight flexibility. The waist belt is attached into the thick lumbar padding with hook and loop fasteners, making it easy to remove. Together, the padding and construction create a comfortable carrying system that wicks away sweat and allows air to reach the back. To make it easier to move the backpack in a vehicle or in a observation post, three carry handles are attached.
