The all-purpose mat can not only be used for functional training, but thanks to its slip resistance, it can also serve as a yoga mat, making it a versatile mat for spontaneous workout sessions in the gym or on the go, indoors or outdoors.
  

  Material and structure

  The Workout Mat is made of high-performance foam and with a stabilising, non-slip vinyl surface. The PVC foam material used is moisture resistant, so the mat not only stands up well to sweaty workouts without absorbing odours, but is also easy to clean with water or special cleaning agents.

  With dimensions of 183 x 61 cm, it can be used comfortably by most body sizes.

  Possible uses

  Whether the mat is used for strength training, sit-ups, yoga or anything in between, its double-sided, non-slip surface ensures a safe workout and prevents injuries. With a thickness of 6 mm, the mat provides ideal cushioning for the spine, knees and elbows on hard floors.
