  I have problem with shipping to my company adress. I ordered 5 lowa mk2 boots , on monday and today i check with your customer services and they sad they blocked the order ,, the problem was with zip number ..we sorted this problem today and its good your employe said that he ublocked the order and handed it to logistics , but the problem is that , if i didnt contact your customer services i wouldnt find out that i have problem with shippment and i paid 726€ for it . And im still waiting for packege to be send to croatia…

  Schnelle Lieferung, nachhaltige Verpackung, fairer Preis. Was will man mehr? Also eine klare Empfehlung von mir. :) Zum Service selbst kann ich nichts sagen, daher neutrale 4 Sterne dafür.

  Teilweise zu lange Lieferzeiten. Montag bestellt (Wäre auf Lager) Mittwoch Abend angeblich an DHL übergeben. Donnerstag nach 10Uhr DHL gecheckt, nix übergeben - nur angemeldet. Das leider schon mehrmals jetzt passiert.

  Ein toller Handel für hochwertige Produkte mit guter Präsentation. Der Versand (Losschicken des Paketes) der bestellten Produkte könnte rascher erfolgen. Dies macht die Konkurrenz wettbewerbsfähig. Ansonsten alles top.

  Material Combination

  The Balaclava 200 is made from a carefully selected blend of materials known for their functional properties. About 60% of the balaclava is made from merino wool, a natural fiber appreciated for its excellent temperature regulation and moisture-wicking capabilities. Merino wool is also odor-resistant, making it ideal for intense physical activities or extended use in cold conditions.

  Polyester, which makes up 25% of the material, adds additional durability and shape retention, while polyamide, comprising the remaining 15%, enhances elasticity and abrasion resistance. This combination not only makes the balaclava exceptionally warm and comfortable but also durable and adaptable to various weather conditions.

  Thanks to the Ullfrotté knit developed by Woolpower, the fabric is particularly breathable while also transporting moisture away from the body, ensuring dryness and warmth: Ullfrotté is characterized by a unique knitting technique where fine merino wool threads are processed into a looped structure on the inside of the fabric. This looped structure forms a kind of air cushion that serves as an insulating layer and thus provides excellent heat retention properties.

  Flexible and Practical Design

  A distinctive feature of the Balaclava 200 is the single opening, which can be configured to cover the entire face except for the eyes. The lower edge of the opening can be pulled below the nose or the mouth for various ventilation options, allowing the protection to be adjusted according to individual needs.
