The UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) Polycotton Canvas are the undisputed king of Helikon-Tex's pants range. So flexible, so uncompromising and so versatile that their cult character comes as no surprise. With a flexible fit, wide belt buckles, plenty of pockets and the freedom of movement of a true combat pant, the UTP is at home in tactical operations and covert operations.Ideal fit thanks to thought-through design
The operational pants fit so well because their design follows the anatomical conditions of the body in motion: With a cut that borrows from a classic pair of jeans and the flexibility of adapted knees and bottom areas, it fits into high-movement missions just as well as into those that involve a lot of kneeling or sitting. The anatomically stitched and reinforced knees have room inside for low profile insert pads and the elastic waistband with hook-and-loop fastener allow for easy adaptation of the waist size. This guarantees a good fit in all movements and the pants don`t stretch or slip.
Wide belt loops are suitable for a belt up to 50 mm wide, which means all tactical HTX belts such as the EDC, UTL or Cobra Belt can be combined with the pants.
The leg hem is equipped with a cord run that can be used to pull the pants tight over tactical boots.Complex pocket set-up
A clever arrangement of pockets allows many pieces of equipment or EDC items to be carried in the pants. In addition to the two typical front pockets of a pair of jeans, each side has a hook-and-loop closable front pocket of ideal size for a smartphone or AR/AK magazine. Located to the side of these pockets are one zippered pocket on each thigh, which are so shallow in profile that their depth and thus hidden storage space can be quickly overlooked. Two slide-in rear pockets complete the extensive constellation of pockets. The edges of the front and rear pockets are reinforced so that the clips of lamps or knives don`t move around.Top material performance

Helikon-Tex has opted for a balance of 58% cotton, 40% polyester and 2% elastane, which gives the robust character of cotton the breathability and mobility of polyester and elastane.
