  The Hanwag Banks GTX in the 2020 version is the refinement of a genuine Hanwag classic.
  
  The light multifunctional shoe is suitable for relaxed plain tours as well as for demanding alpine use under difficult conditions. The full nubuck leather shoe now has a slightly more spacious forefoot area for optimized walking comfort in an increased fit range.
  
  The reinforced PU foam wedge provides superior soft cushioning and natural rolling movement, while the smart Gore-Tex membrane guarantees optimal breathability and high waterproofness.
  
  The Vibram Endurance Pro sole, based on a superior rubber compound, offers a wide tread area in the heel and supports the wearer with excellent stability during long, strenuous marches.
  
  Internal stitch-and-turn seams provide the Banks GTX with capable robustness and durable cast metal hooks hold the shoe securely to the foot.
