The Ruck Plate Carrier is made of 1000 denier Cordura. The bottom is reinforced with 1050D Ballistic Cordura, which is specially developed to withstand repeated impacts and wear – perfect for dynamic movements like burpees, bear crawls, or intensive workouts. For the back panel and the underside of the shoulder straps, 210D High Tenacity Cordura is used. This material is less abrasive and protects both the skin and delicate fabrics like merino wool from wear.Ergonomic Lumbar Padding for Optimal Comfort
The Ruck Plate Carrier features an additional 10-mm EVA foam padding along the lower back area. This padding supports the natural curvature of the spine and protects against pressure points or friction. Even when in direct contact with the skin, it provides maximum comfort.
