Optimized for the GR1, the 30 LB Ruck Plate is made of extremely durable ductile cast ironl and fits perfectly in the elastic insert or notebook compartment of the compact GORUCK classic. Thanks to a robust powder coating, the USA-made Ruck Plate is optimally protected against rust even during intensive use.

The 30LB Ruck Plate is suitable for ambitious ruckers looking for a way to push their limits. This 30LB weight plate fits perfectly into GORUCK's GR1 and is cut taller and flatter compared to the plates for the Rucker Series and the Ruck Plate Carrier. Made in USA
The weight plates are made in the USA from ductile cast iron in one of the oldest cast iron facilities in the country. The material is extremely durable and has a break strength of approximately 90,000 pounds. In addition to rounded corners and two ergonomic extra-wide grips, all cast iron edges are ground smooth to prevent injury to the wearer or damage to the backpack. The matte black powder coating applied directly in the cast house provides robust rust protection, in addition to a refined look and a good grip.
Versatile training weight
Thanks to the practical, ergonomically shaped Grab-and-Go handles, the precisely manufactured Ruck Plates can also be used as stand-alone training weights. Starting with the 20LB version, the Ruck Plates have two handles, making them an interesting addition to your home gym.
What is RUCKING?
Rucking has its roots in marching. Here, long distances are often covered at a medium pace and with a heavy pack.
