  Material properties of the Alpha balaclava

  
  In order to make the balaclava as comfortable as possible and to take full account of functionality, DNS Alpha has paid particular attention to the material combination. A high viscose content gives the balaclava particularly elastic parts, which contribute to the pleasant wearing comfort. Thanks to the mesh construction of the material and the OUTLAST technology, which has temperature balancing properties, the Balaclava FR has a high breathability with a simultaneous cooling effect. Of course, the fabric is flame-retardant; after all, the balaclava has to be immune to tactical missions and rescue operations.
  
  

  Cut and finish for professionals

  
  Due to the tight cut and the purposefully running flatlock seams, friction points and folds are avoided, so that the Balaclava is particularly comfortable to wear even with a helmet. The nose and mouth area can be pulled under the chin should a larger field of vision be desired. When the nose and mouth are covered, heat does not escape from the top of the head and the breathable material of the balaclava prevents glasses from fogging up. An extension over the neck ensures that the balaclava fits seamlessly between helmet and jacket and there are no unprotected gaps.
