  Classic sunglasses now in XL

  Oakley has created a larger version of their iconic sunglasses with the SI Holbrook XL. The classic shape with keyhole bridge and red metal rivets and red logo is timeless and trendy at the same time. The frame in matt black and the black lenses make the glasses a real classic. Whether on the beach, in the mountains or in the urban jungle, the SI Holbrook XL is an all-rounder that balances effortlessly between private summer days and tactical operations.
  

  Iconic shape and high keyhole bridge

  The sunglasses have a classic shape and a high keyhole bridge, allowing them to cover an average portion of the face and sit securely on the bridge of the nose. This provides a comfortable fit for those with high nose bridges and low cheekbones. Generally, high keyhole bridge glasses are a good choice if the bridge of the nose is above the height of the pupils. The frame also provides a secure three-point fit that keeps the lenses in precise optical alignment.
  

  O-Matte frame

  The matte black frame is super lightweight and made from Oakley's proprietary O-Matter frame material. This durable and lightweight plastic material is particularly strong and resistant to shock and impact, making it ideal for use in sports and sunglasses. Due to its flexible parts, the plastic adapts perfectly to the wearer's face and thus ensures an optimal fit. In addition, O-Matter is hypoallergenic and does not cause allergic reactions.
  

  Plutonite lenses

  The lenses of the XL model are also made of the proven Plutonite lens material. This lens is highly resistant to impact and scratches and meets ANSI Z80.3 standards for optics and impact resistance. As a result, the polycarbonate-lenses remain in good condition for a long time, even with intensive use, and ensure a clear view. In addition, Plutonite offers excellent UV protection, filtering out 100% of all UVA and UVB rays up to 400nm, as well as some harmful blue light.
  

  Prizm Technology

  Oakley's patented Prizm technology, also used on the SI Holbrook XL, provides exceptional optical clarity and allows for pristine vision without colour distortion or loss of contrast. The lenses are equipped with special colour filters that enhance certain colour spectra and reduce others, resulting in improved visual perception of detail. As the technology is worked into the lenses not applied onto them, it makes the lenses particularly durable and resistant to wear and damage.
  

  HD Polarization

  The sunglass lenses feature polarisation technology to reduce distracting glare from reflective light on slippery surfaces such as water or snow. Oakley uses HD polarization, which uses a special filter that blocks horizontally oriented light and allows only vertically oriented light to pass through. This improves the wearer's vision and minimises annoying glare.
  
  For all regular spectacle wearers, the SI Holbrook XL sunglasses are also available with Oakley Authentic lenses in the respective prescription strength.
