  Training with equipment is almost yesterday's news - Why train in a fixed location when you can flexibly set up your weights and haul them wherever you get the best workout view? The Goruck Sandbags with integrated filler bags are your mobile weight bench. Available in different sizes and self-fillable, they are the super variable training tool. Especially if you like to transport your equipment from time to time or don't always use it in the same place, they are mega handy because you can just empty them and fill them again. With the 40lb / 18kg bag some beginners among you will be quite well served - but the sandbags are available up to a weight of 120lb / 58kg.
  
  The bags are absolutely rucking-proof: Made of durable CORDURA 1000 den and double stitched at all seams, they can not tear or break. However, only the supplied filler bag should ever be filled and not the sandbag itself, as the sand would damage the zippers under continuous load.
  
  The handles of all bags are not rubberized, but padded. Rubber has the property to break in heat or under continuous load, which is why Goruck opted for the softer CORDURA variant.
  
  

  Filler Bags pack and go

  
  Here's how: Find some sand, dirt or gravel to fill up the Filler Bags and then put them in the actual Sand Bag. Use the YKK zipper to close the bag - done, let's go.
  
  To clean, simply hose down the sand bag from the inside and outside. To care for the zippers, ZipCare should be applied to the entire zipper chain from time to time. Then run the zipper up and down a few times, then hang to air dry.
  
  Caution, no slam balls please
  Sandbags are not suitable for lugging for miles on the road or on gravel, and they are not meant to be slam bags. But other than that, there are no limits to your rucker imagination. Lift and leave, but please don't forget to upgrade to a 60lb or 80lb bag!
