Riot helmet for dynamic operational scenarios
For operations in unmanageable environments, crowd control or extractions, the lightweight, durable and, above all, modularly upgradeable AMR-1 E including visor rail is a highly functional protector against all conceivable influences.
The high-performance protective helmet is ideal for the dynamic operating conditions of all Riot units, where it can be individually prepared for the relevant scenario with the addition of a visor or neck guard. With a reduced weight, improved ventilation and an optimised shape for a better fit, universal protection is guaranteed even during prolonged missions.Lightweight helmet with full protection
The impact helmet draws its extra strength from the fibre-reinforced duroplast, which resists mechanical impact through greater material strength and better heat resistance, optimally counteracting blunt trauma. A special coating is applied to the helmet surface to protect it from fire and chemicals.
Padding
Interior cushioning is provided by comfortable EPP pads and CPP pads. Both absorb the energy of impacts and protect the wearer with the coordinated system of comfort pads.
One Size Fits All principle
The typical One Size Fits All principle that Busch uses in most of its helmets convinces in the AMR-1 helmet as well, where only the harness on the inside determines the size fit and where the fit can be individually adjusted to the wearer with millimetre precision. The CRC-2 Harness System is adjusted in size with one hand and on the adjustment wheel and can be adapted to head sizes between XS and XL.
Modular additions
Various attachment options and accessories are crucial to the special functionality of the tactical helmet:
On the outside of the helmet, technical accessories such as cameras or lamps can be attached on both sides via the classic Piccatiny system.
Rails with integrated holders are attached for lower jaw protection or a breathing mask, and a removable neck guard is included, too. The included visor is a 3mm impact visor that is sealed with a liquid barrier and can be locked when raised.
To ensure that protection doesn`t end with stones, sharp objects and flames, the automatic rail drainage system provides protection against biological or burning liquids.
